And these same formats have worked for having the Credit Bureau's remove negative items from credit reports! 

The first is a dispute letter directly to the bank that is reporting you to ChexSystems.

The following three is the sequence of letters that you will send directly to ChexSystems.  Simply copy and paste into your word processor (Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, etc.)  Modify with your information, account numbers, and brief details of the dispute.
